We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with full packaging, manual, and protective coverings intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Kindly note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, the return address and further instructions will be provided.

Damages or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn or used
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges Only (No Refunds)

We do not offer monetary refunds.

If your return is approved, you may exchange your item for another watch of equal value.
If you prefer a different model with a higher value, you may pay the price difference.
